    VINTAGE 1960'S Ohio art tin spinning top still in the original box, factory seal and in mint condition This adorable 1960's era spinning top, by Ohio Art, features a circus theme. The orange, red, blue, yellow, and white stripes that make the background of its design suggest a "big top" circus tent. Accenting this design are images of an ostrich, zebra, elephant, giraffe, horse, and kangaroo, all very colorful.
