Henry Schreiner in the late 1950s to early 1960s. Henry Schreiner started his company in the early 1940s, designing extraordinary pieces for Christian Dior, Pauline Trigere and Norman Norell among others. Schreiner's creative and elaborate designs were beloved by stars such as Marilyn Monroe and Bette Davis, garnering him a following of Hollywood elite. Henry Schreiner chose to keep his company small and exclusive, which allowed each piece to be beautifully set and finished by hand. He used only the highest quality materials, such as Czech art glass and rhinestones. Relatively few examples of Schreiner's work are on the market today because of his exclusivity, so these pieces are highly sought after by collectors. SCHREINER jewelry was made from about 1951-1970s

    Its Schreiner, not scnreiner
They aren't stones, its costume jewelry
There are many, many pieces of Schreiner on eBay, what did you mean by saying that you couldn't find another one?

Well you'll rarely find exactly the same piece you have, just look for something comparable, scroll down with highest prices first, where would yours fit in terms of desirability.
