I need some information on this Helicopter ...
It's big ... 26" length, 6" width, 13" height, 25" Rotor.
Solid Heavy Wood/Metal Construction. (approx. 10 lbs.)
It has no markers or manufacturer plate to determine where, when, or who it was made by. Possibly a hand made/personal item?
I'm trying to determine it's age or era it was built.
Anyone familiar with it or able to supply leads?

I have a Helicopter just like this one. Bought it at a garage sale in Rochester,NY
Looks like modern 'trench art' ?
I wouldn't call it trench art.
The pilot looks the same as what is found in modern Hobby Lobby resin race cars.
This looks to be the same to me-- just a modern decorator piece.

Got to agree with Scott and Pops on this one
LayManOfArt doesn't seem to have returned for 14 months. Hope you're OK LayMan!
I have the same helicopter but not a clean looking. It was found in a barn and was covered in barn grime and mouse droppings. The gold paint on the removable rotors is pretty worn out. It is made very well. I contacted a helicopter museum in PA that has a real helicopter that looks just like it, but it had no info on what is was or where it was made, etc..
I'd still like to find out more about it if there are any more mystery solvers out there?!
