I found the first one here in Oakland a couple months ago, and the second two which are bronze, i won on Ebay last wk. They stand 3-4 ft tall. i think they'll look good on the edge of a garden water feature. I'd call them mid-century.

They are really lovely and have an oriental feel to them. Copies of lovely old bronze statues in famous Chinese courtyards. I am not sure they are mid-century. I've seen many similar "new-old designs" at swap meets but I could be wrong. Anyway - they are really pretty.

I swear if I ever came upon your home I would think I was in a large Garden Statuary foundry or outdoor store !~

This isn't my home. it's a california native plant nursery in oakland. my yard doesn't have this many goodies in it. i think that the crane on the left is midcentury - 1960s. the two on the right might be a little older 40s-50s, maybe?
