    A pretty crackle wall charger with a floral design and an open work bordered rim , I love this style of ceramics ,has an Asian look , but the mark is not one that I'm familiar with.

      Yes, it's Wong Lee Productions of Hong Kong. Not fake, just not old 1990- present

      Some pottery marks website had mistakenly attributed this mark to William Lowe of Staffordshire, and it snowballed. Lowe's initials are always outside the wreath and much smaller in block capitals.
