Trying to find the pattern name for this piece. I inherited this from my mother in law many years ago & she received it from her mother. Stands 10 1/4" tall w/ a "swirled sunflower" type pattern. I'm sorry that I can't seem to get a good photo of the pattern. The sunflowers on the body of the vase are just like the one on the bottom except they are "stretched" ~ there are also swirls among the flowers & the top is ruffled & "swung".

This is earlier than Depression Glass, it is called EAPG (Early American Pattern Glass). The pattern is No. 15103, Stellar by United States Glass Company, introduced ca. 1907. Some items are still shown in a USGCo. export catalog from the 'teens.

hey Paul, I think this particular swung vase is actually USG #15116 Solar; AKA: Feather Swirl, c.1908

Hi Tallcakes and Paul, I would love it if you gentlemen would take a look at my glass items, I have quite a few that are unsolved :-)
