Well today was slim pickings at the thrift stores. No majolica art pottery or vases this time around. I found a Westmoreland lattice pattern milk glass plate that was hand painted with flowers and this little lady. She stands 10 " tall and is done in a very sleek and stylized manner. I'd say somewhat "art deco " It has a warm nutmeg color glaze that's highlighted with brown. Don't know the maker but I did see a pen holder (see picture) with this figure in black. They described it as" vintage art deco" but no maker. It was selling for 70 british pounds. I think my figure is modeled quite a bit better than the pen set and it looks taller. The pen set could be a copy of this one. It just has an unglazed bisque bottom with a hole no label or maker mark. - Mike-
