    I rarely buy vintage clothing, but its an old Saks piece. I'm sort of puzzled, it does not appear to be an expensive luxury item, it looks like something from Little House on the Prairie...

    My parents started off in vintage clothing, so I'll see what they have to say about it. I'm guessing 1950's?

      Looks like 1930s to me, and looks like linen. Probably a summer dress for the Hamptons! I think it's very lovely, and not Little House on the Prairie at all!

      this saks tag indicates a late 1950s dress, not 1930s. The style also isn't bias-cut enough to be 1930s.
