      I see millions of people with Asian antiques trying to get a translation.. You'll have to scroll through a kana-kanji list and pick the characters out and then use Google Translate

      I found one like this one just bigger and not as well done. It said
      BRONZE SHIN NO MARU-GATA TSUBA 18th Century
      Depicting Daikoku and Ebisu in an openwork design.
