    Found this today. Cannot find much on the T.M. O'Connell Co. But it is an interesting looking statue. About ten inches tall, decent shape for being 86 years old. The only info. I can find here: http://www.harryrinker.com/col-1307.html

      Very strange, is it chalkware?

      It does appear so Stillwater. I would say so because the thrift put a piece of tape on the back of it. When I pealed it away it took a little piece up. I believe it is.
