This is my late father pocket watch,he bought it in France in the 70's and never wore it.He passed it to me when i got married in 1982.
It is a very heavy watch (more than 100 grams) with the inscriptions "Plaque Or" 10 Microns.
This watch is by Jean Perret Geneve Hebdomas and has initials R A and S F or R S & A F (depends how you read it,please see images).
At the back read "8 jours" Ancre Bruxelles 1910"-"Paris 1900"-"Geneve 1896"-"Chicago 1902"-"Milan 1916".
At the bottom: "Qualite Superieure Guarantie".
I made many researches in the Internet and couldn't find any history about this beauty.I thank you with the bottom of my heart if you could help me.

The R S on the left stand for Retard or Slow and the A F on the right stand for Advance or Fast. If you look there in the center just below the dial you should see a means of regulating the watch... speed it up or slow it down. To slow it, turn to the left. To speed it up turn to the right...
