Size 18x36" Front of tapestry is very "fuzzy-hairy" while back is smooth. No colors, all earth tine browns and tans. I found this in a junk shop framed really well, but the bottom of the frame had water damage, not the tapestry though. I had a feeling when I saw it that it was something 'important' because of the expense and time spent on the frame for display purposes. If anyone has any ides, I would love to hear them, or perhaps help in where I could start looking for this symbol.

It probably isn't native American because rugs didn't have a fuzzy front, but it is really beautiful. Motifs look Fijian or South Pacific. Really beautiful.

Or Mexican or Central American. 18" wide is a nice lap loom size. Great colors.
