The New England Watch Co., formerly the Waterbury Watch Co. (1880 - 1898), mostly known for its watch with a duplex skeletonized movement. They also made some ladies 0 size lever escapement watches. This is one of the lever escapement watches.

Case is 1.37 inches in diameter, Marked Guaranteed 20 yrs. 7
Movement is 1.16 inches in diameter, Marked N.E.W.Co.
Dial is 1.10 inches in diameter.
