When I lived in Jamaica, this was the only legal gambling game & then just during holidays. The playing board had 6 spaces for the hearts, diamonds, spades, clubs, crown & anchour. Bets were placed on chosen spot(s) & dice thrown from a cup. The rest should be obvious. You could go from 0-triple win. Fun game but as usual in the dealer's favour. I've had this set of dice from the 70's & would set it up in my club. Had a slot machine also with "side-permission" of the Chief Inspector & a small "cut". Isn't it strange how these things just seem to work-out everywhere?
