This is an older pot, strong, not thin porcelain, more like pottery. I saw it and had to have it. I used to have a wonderful collection of signed coffee and teapots but had to sell them when I went on disability. I cannot identify this one. It has an L in the signature and a number 10 and what looks like Bpook or maybe it is Brook. It has nice gold edging. Very nice. If you know anything about it, I would appreciate info, Thanks, Anita

Looks like it won't let me cop the link, but if you google Leningrad porcelain and click on images, you will find it and the link to a marks website, partly written in Russian , but still usable

Mary, I so much appreciate this information. Darn, I could have used it years ago, when I was really selling on ebay. Thank you so much!! I did search, but didn't find it, but i will do it again when I have more time. If you see any that look like mine, let me know, thank you, Anita

Mary, I know I am not supposed to ask, but do you know the value of these,? Ball Park or the age??
  8. maryh1956 maryh1956, 1 year ago
No idea, i think it would depend on the age. On the marks4antiques website, it has the mark being used between 1930-90's so not specific enough. The other details on your mark are probably of significance. No mark showing the country of origin, in English anyway, may mean it is older. If you change your title to Russian teapot, you may get more interest and info. You could search eBay under Leningrad, Russian teapot for comparables
