Can anyone out there give me any information on this piece? From the design on the legs I believe it may belong in the art deco period. I believe it may have originally been silver plated, although that is pretty much gone now. A friend of my mother's picked it up at a garage sale down in New Mexico back in the 60's and gave it to my mother because she was so taken with it. My mother has now passed it on to me since I also love it. I would love to have a better idea of how old it really is and some idea of it's worth, not because I wish to sell it, but because I'd like to know more about something I think is truly an awesome piece! Any help would be appreciated! Rowann
