Buffalo nickels are fairly common to collectors. But the S Mint makes it more valueable. A full date is very important as to how much a Buffalo will bring. Look them up on eBay and you will see what I mean. Listed at a reasonable price they will sell.
I would say that this coin would grade somewhere between VF and EF which would place the value somewhere between $10-$25
