This item was found in drawer by a friend of mine it was his dads.its about 3 inches long,looks like brass with metal blades,but only the round parts on sides of blades are very sharp and they fold up.his dad did work in cheese factory at one time if that helps any. Thanks for any info
It is a fleam-- for bleeding not for cheese.
