Men's Watch looks like ruby's and diamond chips..on face says , " Suieado"...which I goggled and nothing came up at all ! inside it says, " Obenhiemer and Gonzalez Watch Co. One Jewel. Swiss Made. Anyone ever hear of this company ?

Oppenheimer Frères= Oppenheimer Brothers were from France and started a watch selling company in 1896. Most likely it's a Swiss watch with the name of the trading company in/on it.
The movement looks a lot like a Baumgartner movement. A very cheap movement but sometimes they can be as accurate as an expensive one. I hav a pocket watch with a movement like this one.
