    I believe the outer stones of the heart to be Marcasite. The stones in the centre I do not have a clue so I'm hoping someone else does. They are ever so pretty. The casing seems to be gold.

      Lovely. The white stones look like diamonds and centre r rubies or pink tourmalines. Is the mounting 14k?

      May it's just the photo, but I'd say they look to me like costume jewelry with art glass cabochons surrounded with rhinestones in gold plated setting from 1980s.
