This is a lovely Diamond Sapphire( the colour of the Sapphire is more a medium powder blue) and Mississippi Pearl set into solid 14k rose gold. I love this lavaliere is very delicate and pretty....what do you think? I believe the bail was added later...I believe this was part of a Festoon necklace and pulled apart.
