Fell in love with the chair the first time I saw it. The porcelain sign is in excellent shape front and back and so is the wood chair itself. You can barely see the lettering Piedmont on the sides of the chair, but by seeing that you know it is original.

Makes me think of the old turn of the century tobacco cards.
Watched someone selling one of these at the NYC Pier show just this Saturday.
Do you know what it brought?
Sadly, I did not see if it sold.The dealer was talking to someone curious .
but the one at the show was nowhere near the condition of yours.It had white paint that was heavy Patina.
Plus prices at these shows can be a little ridiculous and not realistic anywhere else.
