Well im guessing it looks like an ash try was what the creator had in mind when they made it
the bottom is very smooth but dosent have the sanding marks like the newer ones i have also in the bottom of the inside there is 2 small lines looks like the spacing between the pliers when they were holding it down to shape it its not a crack its something when the glass was still hot
