    This Daniel Pratt Jr. was made in 1838 at Reading Mass. It has a 30 hour wooden movement. The lower glass was missing. I would like to restore it to its original condition. Was the bottom glass a mirror or clear glass or a reverse painting on glass?

      You need to show the entire clock case with dimensions and as much detail as you can. Look here for a collection of photo image files:

      Thanks for the advice Bruce99. I have the measurements and additional pix but have been unable to upload them for some reason. Any thoughts?

      You can just add the measurements under "comments". As for the photos, I would think you should be able to add them when you're in edit mode.
