This is a Follies Girl from late 1920's who became a famous sculpter
She was in several shows along with her sister . This is an original Photo shoot and had a little help from Phil :-) To take her out of a shadow . Love the feathers :-)
I added the original also just now Phil

I really love it, amazing to think that this girl in her trade came out with such imaginative mannequins and art that she did in photo form of her creations. Hurrah for the Ziegfield follies !!~

PS. I did a poor job but the original I was presented with had many problems, but so amazing to see her like that. Our photos have a great connection this week I think !~

I posted her to go along with your post Phil :-) to show her off . She always wanted to sculpt and gave up follies in about 1930 to begin sculpting Minature Mannequins and history was made as she is most famous manikin sculpter to emerge in 1939 and did her work for some of the most famous Saks Ave windows :-)
You did great on this compared to original I sent you ! amazing once again your talent :-)

Yes, thank you Mani for posting the original so people can see how fresh and young she looks without all the fix its which makes it lose something in the act of fixing it !

She's beautiful, great image Sis, & great job on the restoration Phil.
She never would have thought that she would look so good at 110 years old!

Glad you have it restored & preserved now, I was just kidding about the 110 age ;-)
I was showing Sherry your post last night & then we looked at pictures of the Ziegfeld Follies girls on Google images & found this article of the last chorus girl that passed away in 2010 at 106, she was only 14 when she started.

Last Ziegfeld Follies chorus girl dies at 106

I guess all that dancing kept her healthy Bro . The lady I posted died at about 84 I would have to look at my documents but her and her sister died a year apart of same type of cancer . I think she joined Follies as a young teen also maybe 14 . Waving Hi to Sherry !!!
