I found this many years ago in Ohio. I believe it is a paperweight with the Dutch Boy painter on it but i am not 100% if anyone has seen anything like this it would be nice to have some more info on it. I have looked up the Dutch Boy Paint lead paperweights and i seen some that looked close to this but nothing like this maybe it was unfinished?
