Kinsey Blended Whiskey Lit Glass & Steel Sign

Was also handed down to me from my grandfather. I have no idea of its value and would greatly appreciate any insight. I have no date for this piece, but this is also all original and works perfect as you can see from the pictures. Even the bulbs are original that light the sign. The one piece of glass is chipped in the corner, but that is all. Any information about it would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
