    I found this at a junk store and thought that the carving was exceptional. I am not too sure if this is a picture frame or a church piece. Any help would be appreciated. It is all wood and has a velvet interior with an old picture of a married couple.

      I think it was a picture frame and was just done very ornate for a special print , KPM also used Black forest frames for some of their porcelain paintings. I am 99% sure Black forest :-)
