Dress is very old with a couple of holes from age and/or usage. I bought it at an estate auction, but it has no tags on it whatsoever. Can anyone tell me the era of this dress? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's hard to tell from photos. How long is the dress? Sometimes the sewing techniques and fasteners will give you the answer - and of course the fabric. Just from the pictures it looks like a dance costume. First impression anyway. Fun colors!

Could you tell us more about the fabric and floral detail?

There are a few great examples online. Look up velvet floral burnout flapper dress. Maybe you can find a match to your design.

Vntgclothing - after 4 months of no comments can you tell us why you are so sure this is really 1920's? I would like to know because I have some items I want to post and get some help with.
