As well as old football programs, I like old football pictures also. The one pictured is from the 1949, Stanford-San Jose State game. Harry Hugasian is the Stanford running back. He's being knocked out of bounds by Spartan Vico Bondietti. Harry went on to play for the Colt sand the Bears of the NFL. Vico coached for many years at McLain High School in Fresno. #55 is San Jose State Hall of Famer, Jack Faulk. Jack had a long coaching career in Gridley, in Northern California. Jack was also my father. Sometimes, he would look at me that way and I knew it was going to be a bad day.
