I've looked the chair over to try and find any markings that may give some information but have not found any. Any help is appreciated; thank you.

My guess is that it's by <a href="http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/10335935" target="blank" rel="nofollow">Thonet</a> and a knockoff of the very popular Saarinen design.
