    Hi All,
I have a box with four dolls in it. The pics are of dolls 1-3 I will post #4 seperately. I don't really know much about dolls. All of them appear to have handmade clothing. They are each about 7-8 inches tall. I can not find any marks on they're bodies. The dolls themselves may have been pieced together.
Doll #1 - Her hair is falling off her head. She has a painted face and very fine cracks running through it. Pretty heavy body maybe hard plastic or other. (I don't really know.)
Doll #2 - She is light weight and I think may be hollow hard plastic and her head moves.
Doll #3 - She is in bad condition. Her entire face, body (including her white shoes) are cracked. When I tap on her body she also sounds hollow but is pretty heavy. Her arms have fallen off but I do have them.

I do not really know anything about dolls especially these dolls. If anyone has knowledge/current value of these I would appreciate any help.
    Thanks,
    L

They are called "dress me" dolls. They were made by several company's in the 50's and 60's. Some with clothing, period, and by country. Others sold with no clothes so you could make their clothes. The one with the broken face would be more like the 40's. If you google "plastiic dress me dolls" You can out about them.

The hair and face on the one on the right looks very much like the one on my 1949 Christmas Angel.

Not surprisng. These dolls were used for many things, cake toppers, craft projects, decorations. My Grandmother used to crochet dresses for them.
