One was given to me as a gift, the other I purchased. I can not find any information on them. Does anyone have any information to share or where I could look to find it? Thank you very much,

The figure on the fan on the left looks Indonesian to me. It is reminiscent of the famous Wayang Kulit puppets. The figure is Rama, the central image in the Hindu epic Ramayana

Buffalo hide, pierced, painted, and gilt; carved buffalo horn handle.
It seems that they are quite distinct from Chinese and Japanese fans ..... They are leaf shaped, made of buffalo hide painted in gold, and sport a dancing figure or figures.
