I HAVE WAITED YEARS TO POST THESE PICTURES BECAUSE I WAS MISSING ONE PARTICULAR SHAPE, WHICH I RECENTLY FOUND AND BOUGHT. I HOPE NO ONE DENOUNCES ME THIS TIME TO CW FOR "STEALING" PHOTOGRAPHS.

pIC. 1: ILLUSTRATION FROM BB 1900.

PIC. 2: THE PIECES THEMSELVES. BOTH 12", VERY THICK GLASS, A HEXAGONAL MOLD FOR THE MOUTH. ONE HAS TO REALIZE THESE PIECES WERE MADE FROM ONLY ONE GLASS ROD. I HAVE FOUND MORE THAN 11 SHAPES SO FAR, PRODUCED IN TRANSPARENT , VASELINE, OPAL AND TANGO GLASS, BOTH PLAIN AND VARIEGATED.

3. BB. 1927. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE PIECE ITSELF WAS FROM THAT YEAR, BUT THAT IT WAS STILL BEING PRODUCED AND EXPORTED AT THAT TIME.

4. AT LAST, THE TWO TYPES OF "FROG LEGGED" VASES SIDE BY SIDE.

TO THIS DAY, SELLERS AND COLLECTORS ROUTINELY CALL THIS GLASS "BRITISH VICTORIAN".
