Hello Folks,
Just wanted to show off my little bit of treasure here. I bought it from a bar in 85' and never opened it and just kept it around. recently I contacted Anheuser-Busch to find about it and they said it was a production error because they never used green glass bottles in the 80's. So I guess that makes me lucky. I have not found another unopened one since then, even the endless hours, weeks and years of looking. Someone once had one on ebay but it didn't have the deposit label on the neck and it had been opened too.

Did the bar owner set this aside? Did he serve this to you?
Bottle makes its way threw the bottling process past quality control, through the hands of the distributor, then the bar owners or bartender's. Then the odds that this made it into your hands and not somebody too drunk or distracted to notice.
Ha!
Thanks for sharing.
You know the funny part is, when she pulled it out of the cooler I noticed it was different color and asked to see it, once I had it in my hands I asked how much and gave her the $1.00 and left, ha. so now it is going on 26 years and still unopened.
Haaahaa, Cool story Bro. Good eye!
Yes, as I was thinking, Good eye!
