Can any one tell me anything about this pls it has Austria on the lid and that is all I know about it if anyone knows anything would be greatfull

I do not recognize the Coat of Arms but is probably an Austrian Royal crest. The bottle is a Perfume Bottle Pin which was popular in the early 1900's. It looks like it's made of blue glass and still has the glass dauber. It was an easy way to carry your favorite perfume wherever you went. RER (LOUMANAL)
