Chronicle Books - San Francisco - 1978.
Lots of large format photos of very cool collectible toys staged in some very funny vignettes. Ken was/is a painter and this was a photo project he did w/ his personal toy collection. he really had a great appreciation of patina and he liked toys which showed real use [as do i]. it's a cool book.
