      You are lucky! When a kid, my mother made me strip paint off one almost identical. We didn't speak for years! That was in the 50's if that helps dating.

      This is from the Ingraham Clock Company's "Lake Line" of Wood Case Mantel Clocks. Your model was called "Seneca" and is from circa 1915.

      Here's one that sold at auction recently for $50: http://p2.la-img.com/999/22119/7656222_1_l.jpg

      As you can see it had some condition issues, but even so that was a pretty low price for one. Normally one could expect a nice example in working order to sell for at least $100 give or take $25...at auction. Retail, you could probably double that in most markets.

      Thanks so much for the detailed information. It is still running great, although the hour chimes about three minutes late. We probably should get that looked at.
