Here is a simple sterling ring for all of us cat lovers. The silver is textured and looks just like cat hair. It is hallmarked in a shield with
either MC or HC. On the other side of the band there are three marks,
the first is a lion, the second the head of a ( looks like) a cat with a mustache, and the third is cursive S or G. Is there an expert who knows
what this means???

I was looking through your beautiful collection, and Came across this beautiful cat.
The link above is from Bluboi collection, a ring from Moshe Oved. I was wondering if Moshe Oved could have made your ring. If it is one of his rings your very luckly they are very rare.
The ring is so life-like in person and so beautifully made
it has that artist touch for sure. I will look at the markings
tonight and see if it has any indicators of origin.

The cat is truely a beauty. Looking at the marks it was made in London, does the leopard have a crown on its head?
I am going to say he has a crown on. It is hard to tell but it looks like it.

Thank you! I have decided based on the type leopard mark and the style of the letter mark that it is London, 1981, with an HC or MC makers mark which I can't find in any references. Still a mystery for the marker. Will see what I can find on the internet.
