I bought this piece from an importer of Chinese antiques when I lived in Singapore. I really don't know whether it's an important piece or not, but I do love the color and shape. It is very delicate and I am happy it did not break during move back to the States....

So so sorry to say, no hope...:( It's very hard for me to be honest and nice sometimes.

A brutal fact is, Singaporean(used to be part of Malaysia) have established chinese antique forgery business about 300 years ago. They even exported fake antiques to China since then. My advice is steering clear of dealers based in HongKong, SE asia, Mainland China....99% antique they sold are fakes. Exceptions are low value porcelains and provincial furniture.
