      Private label watch made for your Mr Stark in Toronto. He was probably the jeweler that sold it. Watches could be ordered from the factory with your name on the dial and movement... As for who made it... I'm thinking Hamilton but I'm at work right now and don't have my books here to check it out. Anyway, Beautiful watch! Oh, the movement is what they call "gilt" or gold washed...Not solid gold. Sorry!

      It looks like an 18 size Illinois, Model 4 movement, but when I put the serial number in the database, the movement shown is a little different.
