    Found this unusual pebble stone in Louisiana. It looks like it may have been used as maybe some type of amulet or maybe even some type of tool. It is brown with a white swirl. I have not found any type of stone comparison or anything that looks close to it.
    I have no clue as to what stone material it is made of.
    Your help, comments and opinions are appreciated.

      Sometimes a stone is just a stone.

      I agree. Looks like the lighter layers of stone are softer & it just wore down that way, especially in a stream or river. It's nice & would have picked it up too.
