This little sucker features a working clock! It's only 4" tall...lol... The sign is made out of tin and features an Ocean City MD landmark-The Flamingo Motel. I'm thinking it was produced either as an Ocean City souvenir or as an advertising piece for the Flamingo. Either way...It's cool!!

Love this - at the bottom I see a Betty, modeled after a famous ad for a car mascot featuring a diver.

What year do you think this is from, I like the description of the rooms & the refrigerated air?

walksoftly, After doing a little research it looks like the Flamingo has been in business since 1963 but judging from the little battery opp clock movement I'd say the piece is from the 80s. You can't see it for the matchbox car but there's another line that advertises "Magic Fingers." Thanks for the love!!! You too Brat!!!
