    Raymond Averill Porter was a teacher there, at the School of Art, have seen bronze plaques by him at auction.

    Teacher and sculptor Raymond Porter was born in Hermon, New York. He lived in Chicago, 1904; thereafter in Chelmsford, Watertown, Boston, MA. He taught at the Boston Museum School of Fine Art. He exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago, 1904 and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, 1913, 1916. He was a member of Boston Sculptors Society and Cambridge Art Institution. Monuments by him are in Boston at the State House and Armory, as well as in Somerville, Mass.

    What are you asking? I wouldn't think they are one-offs, but I've not seen them before. I agree with Bellin that they are probably very rare, maybe only a handful were produced. I found the auction, 2,400 BIN 4,500.

    Stillwater, these are at auction....and not bought yet. The CW member is asking is they should buy it on "Bay". And if they are rare........
