Did you delete your original post about this? When you first posted the painting I responded that I delt it was an Italian scene. Now that you have posted a photo of the label on the back we can do some investigating! Well, the words are Italian so there's one clue. The handwritten words written upside down could be the title of the painting. Let me see what I can figure out ...

Sorry, now I am doubting myself. Is that Spanish? I once knew both languages, not fluently but enough to get by. Been too many years since I have spoke either one!

It's in Andorra.
By the way, turns out the language is Catalan. That's why it did not quite seem right to me!
Its a Nice piece, proberly listed artist, but the closeup pic is shiney, has glare and can't make out the 2 middle letters. Try taking a pic outside without flash. Thanks, Dave
