There are 7 different watch mfg for Disney Time Works, It was an idea to keep from having a set License agreement with just one company. Disney Theme Parks have these 7 under contact to produce watches with just the word Disney on the dial, instead of the Company names, thus Disney Time Works became an inatate of it's own. This started around the mid to late 1990's.
My guess on this particular watch, would be around 2000-05. And theme park would be the only place to get one, this variant. There is a match piece somewhere, that doesn't have the Disney Time on the back, and would be sold retail by the mfg.
Example of this would be the small Minnie and Mickey womens watches, had Lorus on the retail pieces and Disney on the Theme Park ones
