I found this bottle and was wondering when it was made and who made it? On one side of the bottle it has a beautiful gate thats raised. At the top of the gate in raised lettering it says FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR REUSE OF THIS BOTTLE. On the bottom of the bottle it says in raised lettering HIRA WALKER & SONS LIMITED. I can't hardly read the bottom, it's a dark brown. I appreciate any help with this.
