Here is a 1941 Mickey Rooney All-American Boy Punch-out Book I had stashed away in an old steamer trunk in my attic. After reading Hunter's most recent article on the history of paper dolls I thought I would post a few I have saved over the years. Although not quite dolls you dress up and some of the punch-outs are missing or detached, I think most like this from 1941 would be long gone by now.
