    Vintage Bulgarian hand-woven and embroidered apron, wool. Late 19th - early 20th century; A flea market item; I keep it in dry lavender to preserve the cloth from moths :) On the last pic you can see the reverse side of the fabric;

      In fact, it is. Usually such well preserved cloth items are part of a trousseau, which is kept and passed down from mother to daughter and so on.
