This belonged to A gentleman's Grandfather. I could not get an a date, I purchase thru Third party. It appears to have been red at once, also green, and looks like some shade of Blue! Any help would be appreciated!

I think having the two tone paint job horizontal it would be from 1945 to 1951? My Buddy L book is packed away so I can't check but I'm pretty sure.

Would be nice restored for sure.

I don't think it's actually a two tone paint job I believe someone put like a clear coat of Shellac on it under the bottom appears to be original colors on the outside

Looking inside the cab you can see the white, the lower half color and a dark color as the upper half. This one was painted white then dipped upside down in the dark color of paint covering the top half, including the inside. It looks like black in your photo.
The earlier versions were dipped right side up at an angle covering the front lower section.
Google "Buddy L International dump truck" and you should be able to find images.
